A Little About Me...

I’ve always been creative, even if my football-loving mum didn’t quite understand it. Growing up on a council estate near Manchester gave me resilience, humour, kindness and an appreciation for finding the joy in the little things.

After studying Interior Architecture in Leicester and later completing a Master’s degree in Design at Manchester School of Art, it became clear that my love for design was multidimensional - All design opportunities, regardless of the discipline box around them were super exciting - it was an amazing time of creative problem solving in all fields!

Between then and now I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in many design industries - from architecture, event design, styling, photography and printmaking.

Life changed when we made Bristol our home and had 2 daughters! When they started school, I had the space to reconnect with my creativity and build a career on around what I love most - This is when the ‘ah-ha’ moment came with the realisation that graphic design has always been the thread running through everything I’ve enjoyed creating!

Today, I’m a Bristol-based freelance graphic designer creating thoughtful, strategic work that feels human, full of meaning and purpose.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably drinking matcha, researching beauty products, solving puzzles, collecting stationery and books or heading outdoors in search of adventure! I love people, I love stories, and love helping bring both to life through design!
